To update your address for a future order, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account by clicking on this URL.
- Click on your name located in the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings."
- Update your personal and shipping details by clicking on the "Edit" button.
If you have an order that is currently being processed but have not received the tracking information yet, please submit a request as soon as possible. Please ensure that you include your updated address so that we can help you as soon as we get your request.
If your order is already in transit and you need to change the delivery address, please contact our courier partner, DPD, directly. You can access the tracking link provided via email from DPD or visit their website to make these changes.
To make things easier, you can download the DPD app and sign up using the same email address you used for Compound. With the app, you can accurately pinpoint your delivery location on the map, add notes, and even add a photo to ensure your parcel is delivered to the correct address.
