- In your message, please briefly describe the reason for your request (for example: "I would like to discuss a dose adjustment" or "I am experiencing side effects").
- Our Care Team will review your request and assist in scheduling a consultation with your Prescriber.
What to expect
- Your Prescriber will assess your progress, review any symptoms or concerns, and recommend any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan.
- We are committed to ensuring you receive the safest and most effective care throughout your programme.
