At Compound, we want you to feel confident in your treatment journey.
If your initial consultation does not meet your expectations, your Compound Prescriber will review your case. If appropriate, you will receive a full refund of your consultation fee. Refunds are typically processed within five business days.
Please note the following important points regarding refunds:

Prescription medications are non-refundable.
Once dispensed, we cannot offer refunds for prescription treatments. This is in line with UK consumer law, which prohibits returns or cancellations for prescription-only medicines due to a change of mind. -
Order cancellations must be made before your order is processed.
You must cancel your subscription by 11:59 pm the day before your order processing date.
For example, if your order is scheduled to be processed on July 15, you must cancel by 11:59 p.m. on July 14.
Cancellations after this time are not eligible for a refund. - We cannot refund repeat medication orders once they have been charged and dispensed.
- We cannot accept returns of medication for safety reasons, as we cannot guarantee proper storage or that the products have not been tampered with.
If you experience any issues with your medication, such as damage, defects, or if you receive the wrong product, please submit a request as soon as possible so we can help you.
