What should I do if I'm experiencing side effects?

If you're experiencing side effects and would like support, please submit a request, and a member of our Care Team will be in touch.

However, if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, you should seek urgent medical attention immediately:

  • Severe abdominal pain
  • Chest pain
  • Shortness of breath
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Numbness or circulation problems
  • Any symptoms suggesting a medical emergency

In these cases, please attend your nearest Accident and Emergency (A&E) department or call 999.

For less urgent medical concerns that require same-day attention, we recommend contacting your GP or calling 111.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a mental health helpline. If your life is at immediate risk, attend your nearest A&E department or call 999.

If you have any other questions or need assistance, our team is here to help — please don’t hesitate to reach out.
