How long does delivery take?

Once you confirm your order, it is processed at our partner pharmacy and then shipped via DPD. The total time from confirmation to delivery is typically 2–3 business days.

Pharmacy processing time

  • After you confirm your order, it can take up to 2 business days for the pharmacy to prepare your medication for dispatch.

Delivery times by location

Patients in mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales):

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday from our pharmacy in Birmingham.
  • The final dispatch of the week is at 2:00 pm Friday.
  • Orders processed after this cut-off will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).
  • Shipping uses DPD next-day delivery. Expect your parcel 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Patients in remote locations (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles):

  • Orders to remote areas are delivered within a 2-day timeframe.
  • The final weekly dispatch for remote orders is Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
  • Orders processed after this time will ship the following Monday.
  • Delivery will take two working days from the date of dispatch.

Important information

  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, parcel lockers, or certain restricted postcodes. Please provide a full, valid UK residential address when placing your order.
  • If you are not at home at the time of delivery, DPD may:
    • Leave the parcel with a neighbour and provide photo proof, or
    • Allow you to rearrange delivery, change your delivery address, or send it to a pick-up point using your DPD tracking link.
