How do I reschedule or delay my order?

If you need to reschedule or delay your upcoming delivery, here’s how to do it depending on your order’s status:

Before your order starts processing

You can adjust your order easily through the Compound app:

  1. Log in to your Compound account.
  2. Select View Treatment Plan.
  3. Under Your Upcoming Order, you can either:
    • Refill your order sooner, or
    • Postpone your order by two weeks.

If you would like to delay your order until a specific date (not just two weeks), please submit a request, and our Care Team will update your schedule manually.

If your order is already processing

If processing has begun but you have not yet received a tracking link:

  • Submit a request immediately.
  • Tell us the new date you would like your order delivered.
  • Our team will do everything possible to delay dispatch.

If your order is already in transit, we recommend contacting DPD directly:

  • Use the tracking link emailed to you by DPD.
  • Or, manage your delivery via the DPD app.

Manage your delivery with the DPD app:

  • Download the DPD app for Apple or the DPD app for Android.
  • Sign up using the same email address you used for your Compound account.
  • You can:
    • Pinpoint your delivery address on the map
    • Add delivery notes and instructions
    • Upload a helpful photo for the driver

If you cannot collect your delivery

If your order is delivered but you cannot collect it within 10 days, please submit a request. Our Care Team will help arrange a replacement order where possible.

Please note: Replacement orders may incur additional fees if the failed delivery was not reported to us before dispatch.

Important to remember

  • Rescheduling is free if actioned before dispatch.
  • Failed deliveries that are not notified in advance may result in additional charges.
