We follow the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards to ensure that your medication remains within the correct temperature range (2–8°C) during packaging and delivery for at least 48 hours.
In rare cases, your parcel may arrive with melted ice packs or feel warm to the touch.
Is my medication still safe?
- Yes — your medication remains safe and effective, even if it briefly exceeded 8°C during transport.
- The 6-week stability period for your treatment is unaffected.
- You can continue using your medication as prescribed.
When should I be concerned?
Inspect the solution inside your pen:
- It should be clear, colourless, and free of particles.
- If the solution appears cloudy, discoloured, or contains floating material, do not use it.
If you are unsure, please submit a request and include a photo of your medication. Our Care Team will review it and advise you accordingly.
