How do I delete my data?

If you would like to request the removal of your data, please submit a request to our Care Team. Once we receive your request, we’ll pass it on to our Data Team for review.

If you have an active account or have previously consulted with a Compound prescriber, we’re unable to delete your medical records. This is because, under British Medical Association (BMA) guidelines and UK law, healthcare providers are required to securely store electronic patient records for the foreseeable future. While you can normally request the deletion of personal data under UK GDPR, medical records are an exception. They must be kept to meet legal requirements and support patient safety. For this reason, we cannot delete medical records, even on request.
