Once your order has been dispatched from the pharmacy, you will receive your tracking and delivery information from our third-party courier DPD.
You can track your parcel or provide further delivery instructions directly with DPD by following this link. We recommend downloading the DPD app for ease of use and access to your tracking information.
You will need the parcel number provided in your tracking email and the postcode for your delivery address.
You can expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 working days after your tracking number has been confirmed.
Just so you know, if your order is processed after 4 pm on a Friday, a weekend, or a public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
