Two-working day service is used for remote locations such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Scilly Isles. If your order is taking longer than the shipping times listed please follow these steps.
- Download the DPD app, and sign up with the same email address as the one you use for Compound.
- Using the app, you will be able to pinpoint your exact address on the map, as well as add notes and a photo of the correct delivery location. Please specify detailed delivery instructions, such as a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not at home.
- Submit a Request for your Care Team to investigate further, and please confirm you have done the above steps in this request. Once your support request has been received, the Care Team will arrange your replacement.
