Programme eligibility requirements

Who can join the Compound Body Transformation Programme

To be eligible for the Compound Body Transformation Programme, you must meet the following criteria:

Basic requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reside permanently in the United Kingdom
  • Have access to a smartphone or computer for digital consultations

Health requirements

  • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or higher, OR
  • Have a BMI of 27.0 - 29.9 with one or more weight-related health conditions
  • Lower BMI thresholds may apply for people from South Asian, Chinese, other Asian, Middle Eastern, Black African, or African-Caribbean backgrounds

Medical suitability

You may not be eligible if you have:

  • A personal or family history of thyroid cancer or a condition called MEN2
  • A history of pancreatitis, with some exceptions
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive in the next few months (including male partners)
  • Have certain serious medical conditions (assessed during consultation)

Our assessment process

All potential patients undergo a thorough assessment by a qualified prescriber who will:

  • Review your medical history
  • Evaluate your current health status
  • Verify you are who you say you are using your ID and provided photos
  • Ensure that your photos are aligned with your stated BMI
  • Assess the potential benefits and risks of treatment for you personally
  • Determine the most appropriate medication and dosing approach

Note: Even if you meet the basic criteria, our prescribers make the final determination of suitability based on your individual health circumstances. Your safety is our primary concern.
