Welcome to our Refer and Earn Programme! These terms and conditions ("Referral Terms") govern your participation in the programme. Compound customers ("Referrers") can refer eligible friends and contacts (each, a "Friend") to the Compound Body Transformation Programme (a "Compound Subscription") via the Referrer’s unique referral link ("Referral Link"). Subject to the conditions below, the Referrer and the Friend will each receive a £50.00 discount—see The Reward section for full details (together, the "Reward").
By participating in the Refer and Earn Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Referral Terms, the Compound Terms & Conditions and the Compound Privacy Notice. Thank you for your support and for helping us grow our community!
Eligibility and referral process
To qualify for a Reward via the Refer and Earn Programme:
- The Referrer must be an active subscriber to the Compound Programme at the time the Referral Link is used; and

The Friend must:
- be a new customer to Compound (the Friend cannot be an active or previous Compound customer, including but not limited to a customer changing treatments or restarting treatment);
- be at least 18 years old;
- be a resident of the United Kingdom;
- activate the Referral Link within 30 days of receiving it; and
- be deemed eligible for treatment by a Compound practitioner and successfully complete payment for their first order.
Eligible Referrers will be able to find their unique Referral Link in the Compound mobile app under Account › Refer and Earn.
The Referrer acknowledges that, by sharing the Referral Link, they will disclose their status as an active Compound customer to the Friend. Similarly, the Friend acknowledges that, by accepting the Referral Link, they may disclose their status as an active Compound customer to the Referrer.
The Reward
For the Friend
- £50.00 discount applied to their first order on the Compound Programme once they are approved and pay for treatment.
For the Referrer
- £50.00 discount (each, a “Referral Reward”) applied to the Referrer’s next order for every successful referral.
- If two or more referrals are completed in the same calendar month, each £50.00 Referral Reward is applied to successive orders (e.g. two referrals in June = £50 off the next order and £50 off the order after that).
- Upon the third successful referral in any time frame, the Referrer unlocks an additional £10.00 discount on each of their next twelve (12) orders (the “Bonus Reward”). The Bonus Reward can be unlocked once per Referrer account.
General
- The Referrer must have obtained the clear and affirmative consent of the Friend to receive the Referral Link by SMS text, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other applicable method.
- The Reward and the Referral Link cannot be:
- combined with any other offer, discount, referral (including any other Referral Link), or gift card;
- retroactively applied;
- sold, transferred or redeemed for cash; or
- commercialised or publicly distributed. Referral Links must not be posted on coupon or discount sites, public forums, paid advertising, social media intended for a broad audience, or any other public channel. Nothing in these Referral Terms grants any person any right to use Compound's logos, trademarks or other intellectual property for commercial purposes or search‑engine optimisation.
- If a Friend’s order is cancelled, refunded or the Friend is later found ineligible for treatment, any associated Referral Rewards and/or the Bonus Reward will be removed from the Referrer’s account.
- Compound will not be held responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected referrals.
- Compound reserves the right to revoke any Referral Link and/or Reward, or otherwise disqualify any Referrer or Friend, in the event of any suspected fraud, bulk distribution, self‑referral or violation of these Referral Terms.
Changes to the Programme
Compound reserves the right to modify these Referral Terms or end the Programme at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the revised Referral Terms on our website or notifying participants through other means. If a participant satisfied the eligibility criteria for a Reward before the change takes effect, they will receive the Reward that applied at that time.
